Empowered Kids - Group Therapy Program

What is Empowered Kids Club?

Empowered kids club is a dynamic mental health initiative for children ages 6-8 years old designed to empower children through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Our group therapy program focuses on nurturing emotional resilience, self esteem, and positive relationships through fun and engaging activities. We aim to create a safe and inclusive environment where each child can explore their strengths, build confidence and cultivate a mindset of acceptance and positivity. We aim to equip children with the tools they need to thrive emotionally and socially, fostering a foundation for lifelong wellbeing and resilience!

Who is the program for?

Empowered kids club is designed for children 6-8 who may benefit from strengthening their emotional regulation, self esteem, social interactions, and positive thinking to set them up for success in the future!
