ABA Therapy and Mental Health
We offer 1:1 OAP services for children, teens and young adults to work on a variety of specific skills to help them overcome challenges.
Our services are unique as our OAP clinical supervisors use a holistic model throughout assessment and treatment. This means we like to assess our learners physical, mental, emotional, environmental, social and intellectual needs and help them learn the skills they need to thrive and live a life that they love!
Early Intervention - 1:1 Therapy Services 0-6 years old
ABA or Mental Health - 1:1 Therapy Services for kids 6-12
ABA or Mental Health - 1:1 Therapy Services for Teens 13-16+
Early Intervention Services
We offer Play-Based Early Intervention Services for children 18m - 6 years old with a variety of diagnosis, though we specialize in services for children with ASD or suspected ADHD.
Our Early intervention services derive from Natural Developmental Behavioural Interventions (NDBI) such as The Early Start Denver Model and other naturalistic, evidence-based play therapies. Our therapists are also trained to incorporate Social-Emotional Learning concepts into all of our therapy sessions! Our Early intervention services are supervised by a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) who is an approved Ontario Autism Program Clinical Supervisor.

What are Specialized Skill Development Therapy Services?
Specialized Skill Development describes the process we take during our 1:1 therapy services.
We assess skills, set aligned goals and create unique specialized skill development plans to teach your child/teen how to get there!
We use strategies from Positive Psychology, Child Development, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Neuroscience to teach children a variety of skills across: Social, Emotional, Physical, Environmental and Intellectual Wellness.
Some of the evidence based therapies we use to teach skills include: Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Theory, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
